The trainer
Rolands Ozoliņš has specialized in the marketing and sales of complex technological solutions since 2004, when he started working at Microsoft after completing his MBA studies at Copenhagen Business School .
Rolands is the founder and partner of IBD Consulting , a business consulting firm that has planned and managed dozens of demand generation campaigns worldwide, including for clients such as Microsoft Corporation , ALSO Holding AG , and Citrix Systems .
Previously, Rolands has worked in business development, sales and sales excellence, as well as partner channel management roles at companies such as Microsoft, EDGE Autonomy (UAV Factory), ATEA Global Services, and ELKO Group.
Rolands is a frequent speaker at conferences, leads workshops, masterclasses, and webinars, and also contributes to the B2B marketing and sales podcast #FriTalks
