About the job:

IBD Consulting is helping technology companies attract new B2b customers and grow business by means of modern marketing. We are a fast-growing company, and so far, we have run over 200 demand-generation campaigns in 30+ markets in Europe, North America and Asia.
 
To foster further growth, we seek a Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate digital marketing projects. The position is based in Riga, Latvia.
 

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality marketing project plans and efficiently manage resources
Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables at the agreed quality
Work with a virtual team of selected creative collaborators
Own project plans and prepares project documentation
Plan and execute regular project status reviews with customers
 

Requirements:

Two years minimum experience in digital marketing and project management
Fluency in the English language
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies and the anatomy of digital campaigns
Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with external creative collaborators
Excellent planning skills and a systemic approach to execution
Experiences with project management tools, like Jira, Asana, Monday or similar
